• Broaden your perspective of what management is in the EU institutions and what core skills are expected from a manager in this context
• Build awareness of how to adapt as a manager to the current social, political and technological realities
• Reflect on how to transition towards a management position in the EU institutions
• Understand your own strengths and development areas as a manager and explore ways to develop your management potential
