Purpose
To strengthen your capacity and confidence to manage in complexity and uncertainty (self, team and environment), through knowledge and methodologies that help you tackle the real management challenges you encounter in EU institutions.
- Raise awareness of how habitual thinking patterns shape your perception of reality
- Diagnose the nature of the challenges managers face
- Question assumptions and reframe situations to gain broader perspectives and expand your room for manoeuvre
- Identify appropriate strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
