  • Objectives

    • Developing the core skill of feedback to a deepened understanding of receiving and giving feedback effectively, starting from observing one’s personal preference.
    • Understanding the need of psychological safety for the team and how to create it.
    • Tuning your feedback to the receiver for maximum impact.
    • Focusing on the why of acknowledgement and when to use feedback or feedforward.

  • Programme

    • 2 non-consecutive half days with a 2-week interval, allowing for interim work and journaling.
    • 09.00 – 13.00
